How do I log in for the first time?

  1. Go to https://reexecute.onelogin.com/password/forgot_password
  2. Enter your e-mail address, click CONTINUE
  3. You will receive an e-mail from OneLogin, click the link
  4. Enter the password you want for ReExecute and click SUBMIT
  5. Enter your e-mail address and new password and click LOG IN
  6. Click I Agree to agree to our terms and conditions or read more about how we handle the data in ReExecute by clicking on the link before you agree

How do I register an AKPI?

  1. Log in to www.reexecute.com
  2. Click on MY STUFF in the left side menu
  3. Click your ”team name” to show AKPIs
  4. Click the AKPI you want to register outcome for
  5. Fill in the fields if there are any
  6. Click Done! (in the lower right side corner)
  7. Choose the next AKPI you want to register outcome for

Note! The outcome of the registered AKPIs will be visualized in the current period in the MIG view

How to remove a registered AKPI?

  1. Go to My Stuff in the left side menu
  2. Click on the word Activities to the right but on the same line as your teams name
  3. Click on the Show timeline button
  4. Filter by date and your name to limit your search
  5. Find the right registration by clicking on the bubbles
  6. Click on the X for the bubble you want to delete (the entire outcome will be deleted)
  7. Confirm deletion by clicking okay
  8. Then register any new outcome (the new outcome will be registered in the current week)

How do I find the comments on registered AKPIs?

  1. Go to My Stuff in the left side menu
  2. Click on the word Activities to the right but on the same line as your teams name
  3. Click on the Show timeline button
  4. Filter by date, name and activity to limit your search
  5. Click in the middle of the “bubble” to view the comment

What should I do if I forgot to register an AKPI?

If you have forgotten to register during the previous period, you should “re-register”. The outcome will show up in the current period instead. Don’t forget to also register for the current period, in total there will then be “double” outcomes for the current period.

How do I add a MIG result?

  1. Access your teams MIG-view in ReExecute
  2. Click the full view button (available in the menu bar up to the right of the page)
  3. Hide the orange-colored goal line by clicking the word “MIG” to the right side of the graph
  4. Activate the edit function by clicking on the last registered (blue) point
  5. Select period by clicking in the graph, somewhere above the month, week or quarter that you wish to register for
  6. Fill in your value in the text box and click Save to update your data
  7. Confirm your registration by clicking the floppy icon in the bottom left

What do I do if I can’t hold the Acceleration Meeting?

If you can not hold the Acceleration Meeting, ask someone in the team to do it in your place. Assign the role Assistent Manager in ReExecute to the person who will be your stand-in to give them access to the commitment view. Add the role to one or several team members:

  1. Go to the page My Teams
  2. Click on the tab Team Administration
  3. Click the box for the person who shall receive the rights

How do I change the weekly goal on an AKPI?

To change the weekly goal for an AKPI contact our support at support@reexecute.com and specify the following information:

  1. The name of your team
  2. The full name of the AKPI
  3. What is the new weekly goal?
  4. From what week should the change begin? (if not as soon as possible)

Note! Reducing a weekly goal could mean you don’t reach your Most Important Goal

How do I change the name of an AKPI?

To change the name of an AKPI contact our support at support@reexecute.com and specify the following information:

  1. The name of your team
  2. The current full name of the AKPI to be updated
  3. The full name of the new AKPI

Note! Please choose a shorter name so that the whole name will be visualized

How do I replace an AKPI?

To replace an AKPI contact our support at support@reexecute.com and specify the following information:

  1. The name of your team
  2. The full name of the AKPI to be removed
  3. The full name of the new AKPI
  4. What to measure? (time block or quality)
  5. What is the new weekly goal?
  6. Date of Acceleration day the change becomes valid
  7. Optional: Explanatory text visualized in the reporting view under My Stuff

How do I change the goal for a MIG?

To change the goal for a MIG contact our support at support@reexecute.com and specify the following information:

  1. The name of your team
  2. The full name of the MIG to be replaced
  3. The full name of the new MIG including:
    • What is the MIG expected to do? (Increase, decrease, or maintain)
    • What is the purpose of the MIG? (Market shares, turnover, CSI)
    • Start value and goal? (From X to Y)
    • Expected date for your goal to be achieved? (Latest YYYY-MM-DD)
    • Which unit measures the MIG? (SEK, %, Quantity)
  4. From which month you should start measuring? (first month for outcome/results)
  5. Which interval is measured? (Week, month or quarter)
  6. Expected date for your goal to be achieved? (Latest 2019-12-31)

Note! Unless otherwise stated, the target curve will be set linearly

We also recommend that you inform your manager in advance. And that you inform the team at the next Acceleration meeting.

How do I change the name of a MIG?

You cannot change the name of a MIG yourself. Contact our support at support@reexecute.com and specify the following information:

  1. The name of your team
  2. The full name of the current MIG
  3. The full name of the new MIG including:
    • What is the MIG expected to do? (Increase, decrease, or maintain)
    • What is the purpose of the MIG? (Market shares, turnover, CSI)
    • Start value and goal? (From X to Y)
    • Expected date for your goal to be achieved? (Latest YYYY-MM-DD)
    • Which unit measures the MIG? (SEK, %, Quantity)

I forgot my password, what do I do?

  1. Go to www.reexecute.com
  2. Click FORGOT PASSWORD
  3. Enter your e-mail address, click CONTINUE
  4. You will receive an e-mail from OneLogin, click the link
  5. Choose a password and click SUBMIT
  6. Enter your e-mail address and password and click LOG IN

How do I change my password?

To change your password go to https://reexecute.onelogin.com

  1. Click on your name on the left side ad choose Profile in the list
  2. At your profile click Change Password
  3. Enter your current password and then your new password twice
  4. Click Save to update and confirm your new password

Note! A password must consist of numbers and letters of at least 8 characters

How do I change my e-mail address?

Contact support at support@reexecute.com and specify the following information:

  1. Your first name, last name and email adress
  2. The changes that you want to do in order to update your email adress
  3. The name of the company and team you belong to in ReExecute

How do I remove my account?

To remove your account please contact support at support@reexecute.com and specify the following information:

  1. Your first name, last name and email adress
  2. The name of the company and team you belong to in ReExecute
  3. From what date you want the account removed

How do I change the language in ReExecute?

  1. Log in to ReExecute
  2. Click the gear icon
  3. Choose language under the ”drop down arrow”
  4. Confirm and save settings by clicking Update language / Uppdatera språk
  5. Log out and log back in again to ensure the changes
